Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to Peanut AI ("we", "us") at peanutai.org. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases)

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time monthly or yearly subscribers. If you are not satisfied with Peanut AI Pro within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@peanutai.org for a full refund.

To qualify:

1. The request must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.
2. The refund applies only to your first subscription period.
3. You must not have generated more than 100 images during the trial period (to prevent abuse).

Renewals and Subsequent Billing Cycles

After the initial 7-day window, all subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes:

• Auto-renewals of monthly or yearly subscriptions
• Upgrades from monthly to yearly
• Top-ups of pay-as-you-go credits

You can cancel anytime from your billing settings to prevent future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access to Pro features until then.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@peanutai.org with:

• The email address used for the subscription
• The order ID or last 4 digits of the payment method
• A short reason for the request (helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Bank or card processor delays are outside our control.

Exceptions

A refund may still be granted outside the 7-day window in these cases:

• Duplicate charge — billed twice for the same period
• Service outage — Peanut AI was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours during your billing cycle
• Unauthorized charge — your account was charged without your consent (please also contact your card issuer)

No Refunds For

• Change of mind after 7 days
• Failure to use the service during the billing period
• Account terminations due to violations of our Terms of Service
• Free-tier usage (no payment was made)

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime:

1. Sign in at peanutai.org
2. Go to Settings → Billing
3. Click Cancel Subscription

Cancellation immediately stops auto-renewal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
